TERMS OF SERVICE

1. What I sell

Custom websites, small apps / bots / tools, and video edits. Every order starts with a written brief: scope, price and deadline confirmed in chat before any payment.

2. Payment

• Websites & apps: 50% deposit upfront, rest on delivery.
• Single edits under $50: full price upfront.

3. Delivery

• Edits: 24–48 hours from brief confirmation.
• Websites: 5–10 days depending on scope.
• If I'm late, you get a new date within 24 hours — or a refund under section 4.

4. Refunds

• Before work starts: full refund, no questions.
• Deposit (sites/apps): non-refundable once work has started, because the slot is reserved for you.
• Delivered edit that doesn't match the confirmed brief: one free revision; if still off-brief, proportional refund.
• Delivered site/app with a defect vs. the brief: I fix it free within 14 days; if I can't, proportional refund.
• Change of mind after delivery: no refund — that's what the free revision is for.

5. Revisions & ownership

One revision round is included per order. You own the final delivered files; I may show the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise upfront.
